Every day this week at 3:30 on the Home Stretch, KXCI will be playing a song from Electric Moon! Sweet! You can tune in here.
In 1997 I was a wide eyed ten year old watching David Wilcox play "Johnny's Camaro" at The Tucson Folk Festival, amazed that music could so precisely convey a feeling and tell a story. Some strange cyclical life manifestation is occurring this weekend as I play on the very stage I was inspired by. :) Paul and I will be playing the Plaza stage at 1:00 pm on Sunday May 4th, and I'll be participating in a Songwriting Contest Saturday the 3rd, come out! I love me some Tucson Roller Derby--VICE Squad, what what? I also like animals--so playing at this benefit for The Human Society of Southern Arizona was a no-brainer. Also, the bass player for Shrimp Chaperone is a total babe. Also, this happy dude: photo by David Anderson
